Kids Art
The Arts Council of Northeastern Kentucky and the Highlands Museum and Discovery Center are partnering to offer free “make and take art” for young folks in the Kids Art Tent at the corner of Winchester Ave and 17th Street. We will also offer free face painting. Look for us!

Saturday and Sunday, Peanut the Magical Clown will entertain youngsters with balloon animals and other special tricks.
